Manage the entire development life cycle of high quality, technically complex advanced interactive multimedia software packages. Oversee all technical production personnel to include graphic artists, audio technicians, video engineers, 3-D specialists, and programmers. Perform systems maintenance, repair and optimization to ensure peak efficiency and perfor-mance for all servers, all production tools, and the entire data management and backup processes. Monitor and investigate new software and hardware tools and their growth, and recommend and acquire as needed. Perform programming, trouble-shooting, and quality assurance, as needed. Monitor schedules and timetables. Assist in the acquisition and hire of new personnel and technologies.
