Serves as subject matter expert for AFP and he is also Founder and CEO of ITA, Inc.

Responsible for Business Development at ITA. Serve as program manager and senior analyst. Provide subject matter expertise on Department of Defense and Department of the Army Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical defense issues, chemical demilitarization of the stockpile and non-stockpile chemical materiel, government programmatic processes, research and development, and development of training and exercises.

Colonel Adams brings over 28 years of military experience to ITA. A highly decorated veteran, Colonel Adams served three combat tours in Vietnam.

His awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star (4 oak leaf clusters), Purple Heart, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2 oak leaf clusters), Air Medal (10 oak leaf clusters), Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Silver Star, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Unit Citation, Office of the Secretary of Defense Identification Badge and Army Staff Identification Badge. A graduate of Airborne and Ranger schools as well as the Army War College, Colonel Adams served as Deputy for Chemical Demilitarization for the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Assistant Deputy for Chemical/Biological Matters in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Assistant Director in the Defense Nuclear Agency.Colonel Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics from Tulane University.
