Project Manager, point of contact, and lead trainer with the Crisis Management Training program at the Foreign Service Institute. During the past five years, he has taught 4400 course in crisis management to over 10,000 employees ranging from the Ambassadorial and DCM Seminars to classes in RSO. GSO, and A-100. Responsible for schedule, budget, content and training development, application design, media production, client management, quality control, and new business development at the State Department. Leads and develops a crisis management team in support of task accomplishment. Assists in the execution of proposals, cost analyses, marketing efforts, ongoing methodology development, and company infrastructure requirements. Supports other projects as required.
