Donald C. Brewster, Jr., Chairman/Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Brewster co-founded ITA in 1995. Since then, he has managed the overall operations of the Company through over $100M of federal contract performance, as well as provided the long-term strategic and technical leadership. Prior to founding ITA, Mr. Brewster held a series of senior management positions for a government technology contractor and a leading Washington DC PC computer manufacturer. Mr. Brewster is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he received a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. Mr. Brewster served as an officer in the U.S. Army, including front line combat service in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Mr. Brewster also obtained certification as a Novell Certified Netware Engineer (CNE) and is an active member of the Young President’s Organization, The Executive Committee (TEC/Vistage), and MENSA, the High IQ Society.

Under Mr. Brewster's leadership, ITA has grown to more than $70M in contracts awarded, with more than 150 employees in 4 divisions representing an amazing 1854% yearly growth in the past five years. This tremendous performance has been recognized repeatedly by the Washington Techway Fast 50, Virginia Business' Fantastic 50, and the Deloitte and Touche national Fast 500. In addition, ITA has been recognized for technological and design excellence by Macromedia, Inc., receiving an eLearning Innovation Award for instructional design in a highly competitive national competition.
